Guilford's hospitality program is designed to take the student from the ground up. Today's hospitality professional should be skilled in operations, an expert in management and also versatile to handle any situation. Therefore, our program is structured with an introductory advanced diploma which is suited to operations management, leading into the degree program. However, the profession cannot be learnt entirely in a classroom setting. Students also need exposure to the realistic working environment, and this is where our industry partnerships play a crucial role. |
