Skills Upgrading for Hawker ProjectGuilford is one of four
selected ATOs chosen by the Singapore WDA to conduct training and
assessment for local hawkers and assistants. This is part of the
pilot Skills Upgrading for Hawkers Program developed jointly by WDA
and the National Environment Agency (NEA) to raise service standards
and upgrade skills in the F&B industry. Under this program,
hawkers can attend courses in food hygiene, customer service and
stall displays and obtain a National certification upon completion
of the training and assessment.
