Our Training and Development Department have the vast experience and capability to develop WSQ Course Curriculum for F&B companies based on the WSQ Competency Standards provided by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency, Singapore.

The development of the WSQ Course Curriculum will cover course units within the WSQ Framework in specification to the Food and Beverage Service.

To begin the process of development of WSQ course curriculum,

1. 1. A mutual agreement on the Unit/s of Competency for which curriculum will be developed.
2. 2. Verification of the WSQ Competency Standards that will be used.
3. 3. Establishing a Steering Committee to oversee the entire process.
4. 4. Establishing the Stakeholders who will provide inputs on the development process.
5. 5. Curriculum Development Commencement Schedule and Timeline.
6. 6. Periodic Outcome Validation.
7. 7. Programme Pilot Launch
8. 8. Curriculum Finalization
