Jeffrey Soh is a cheerful and humorous person who is familiar with F&B wine business which he managed for 5 years. Jeffrey also possesses strong passion in wine tasting, wine pairing and knowledge in wine viticulture and vinification. Jeffrey is fully conversant in English, Mandarin.

Numerous years of experience in man management has build his strong operational skills with a hands-on approach always looking to lead team in objectives and goals set by the company. He is also able to resolve disputes, difference and conflict fairly easily due to people focus nature and being fair when dealing with any potential outbreak. Furthermore he possess good analytical skills especially with numbers and finance; always looking to spot new trends and opportunities.

Bruce has more than 30 years of experience in working with people, he has learnt how to manage people from different walks of life. And over the last 10 years he have been working on encouraging change in human behaviour through the usage of coaching and mentoring to achieve great results. Bruce especially find great passion in transferring the knowledge and skills he possess and as well as new found knowledge and skills to individuals for them to excel in their work.


Bruce has numerous years of experience in training and development for Food and Beverages industry. he has produced training material such as Standard Operating Procedure, PowerPoint Presentation and Trainer Guide; and conducted training in both English and Mandarin environment to participants from different nationality, culture and race. The training content that he has produced includes Basic Service Course, Basic Leadership Course, Advance Service Course, Intermediate Leadership Course and Diploma in Management.
