He is a well-liked and dynamic bilingual speaker who has trained thousands of participants from countries such as China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Myanmar, and Malaysia. Tan has extensive working experience and exposure in the field of Training & Development, Sales & Marketing and Business Development, having worked many years in the Private Sectors especially in IT & Telecommunication, Training & Consultancy and F&B industry.

Fanny has 28 years of Customer Service Experience with Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills. Fanny performs well under pressure both independently and as a team player and provides value-added services. Fanny is proactive in taking initiatives to enhance the working environment and processes.

Fanny is also well versed in financial Management e.g. Analyze P&L statements, develop operations budgets, forecasting and capital expenditure planning, has strong Organization and sell skills. Fanny is an expert in bringing up sales as well as effectively managing labour productivity. Fanny has experience in managing Central Kitchen operation and all related duty.

Sha Manaf graduated from William Angliss Institute in Melbourne, Australia. Sha Manaf has more than 15 years of experience in the F&B industry, Sha is a team player and can work independently.

Sha possesses excellent time management, organisational, planning and people skills. Sha has good communication skills internally and externally while also possessing a strong passion for training, coaching, and motivating of staff.

Chris is culturally sensitive, works charismatically well with people and very passionate with his sharing. Chris also possesses strong passion in wine tasting, wine pairing and knowledge in wine viticulture and vinification. Chris is fully conversant in English, Mandarin, Malay and various local dialects such as Hakka and Cantonese. Chris is also conversable in Thai.
